To set or adjust your deposit limit, navigate to My Account → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limits.
3. Loss Limits
A loss limit prevents your net losses from exceeding a set amount within a chosen time period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets. Reductions apply instantly; increases require a 24-hour review period.
4. Session Time Limits
You can set a maximum session duration. When your limit is reached, a pop-up will notify you, and your session will end automatically. This helps prevent extended, unplanned gambling sessions. Adjust session limits via My Account → Responsible Gambling → Session Limits.
5. Cooling-Off and Time Out
If you need a short break from gambling, you can request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to make deposits or place bets. 6. Self-Exclusion
If gambling is negatively affecting your life, you can request a long-term self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion:
- Your account will be closed immediately and all promotional communications will stop.
- You will be unable to create a new account for the duration of the exclusion.
- Any remaining account balance will be returned to you.
- Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

7. Underage Gambling Prevention
